Creamed Spinach with Lentils

Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, 2 package (10 oz) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)Ginger Root, 2 tsp (remove)Lentils1 cup (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Banana Peppers, 1 medium (4-1/2" long) (remove)Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Brwon chopped onions, garlic, pepper and ginger in butter.
Add lentils, cover with water and cook for 20 minutes until tender.
Add washed spinach and cook for another 10 mintues.
Add salt and cream with a hand blender.
Makes 6 servings.
