Crab-filled Veggie Bites

Ingredients
12 Cherry tomatoes12 Fresh snow peas1 can 6ozs crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed2 Tbs. reduced fat soften cream cheese1 Tbs. finely chopped green onion2 tsp. reduced-fat sour cream2 tsp. chili sauce1 tsp. lemon juice1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
Directions
Makes 2 dozen low fat low calorie appetizers. 1 serving has only 14 calories.
1. Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomatoe. Scoop out and discard pulp: invert tomatoes onto paper towels to drain.
2. Mean while, place snow peas in a small saucepan, add 1 inch water bring it to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 1-2 mins. or until tender crisp.. Drain and immediately place in ice water. Drain and pat dry. With a sharp knife split each pea pod along the curved edge.
3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Fill tomatoes and peas with crapmeat mixture.; arrange on a serving platter. Cover and refriderate for at least 30 mins before serving.
