Ingredients
2 Slices Whole Wheat Toast1/4 Block Firm Tofu2 Tbsp Lite Mayonnaise2 Tsp Mustard1 Tsp Oregano2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Directions
Mash 1/4 Block Firm Tofu with fork
Add mayo, mustard, and seasonings
Spoon Mixture onto bread

You can add vegegtable like lettuce or tomato if you like. You can also use all different kinds of seasonings to your own tastes. It is really quite delicious!

    If you use garlic salt, as I did (out of powder), back off on the amount, probably 1 tsp or less. I also added turmeric for some added health benefits and color. Excellent sandwich! - 7/10/10
