Curried Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients
2 cups raw sweet potato2 cups onion1 habanero pepperswanson chicken broth - 1 canwater6 tbsp curry powder (LaLa's Madras is the best)Kirkland canned chicken breast - 1 12.5 oz canCoco King or Chef's Choice Coconut Milk (make sure all that's in it is coconut milk, water and preservative... NO COCONUT EXTRAÇT... YUCK!)garlic to tastesalt to taste
Directions
put everything except cole slaw mix, chicken and coconut milk in a pot and cook until potato melts or is soft enough to blend with a hand blender. about an hour or so... stir as it cooks down and don't let it burn to the bottom of the pan, you may need to add some water.
After you blend it, add the rest and cook until cabbage is done.
