L.R. low fat jam cheesecake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs3 T. brown sugar3 T. butter6 cups not fat ricotta(processed in food processor until smooth)1 cup sugar1 cup fat-free sour cream1 tsp. vanilla4 eggs3/4 cup strawberry or other jam
Directions
Combine graham cracker crumbs with brown sugar and butter. Press into the bottom of a 9"x13" baking pan. In a large mixing bowl, beat the ricotta with sugar, vanilla and sour cream. Mix well. On low speed add the eggs one at a time and mix just until combined. Pour cheese mixture over crust. Smooth top. Place jam in a microwave save bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over cheesecake. Take a butter knife and swirl through the jam into the cheesecake. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes, no longer. Makes 18 servings.
