Spicy Fish sauce

Ingredients
2 tbsp Red Wine vinaigrette1/2 c reserved juices from poached fish1 tbsp Corn Starch2 tbsp water1/4 tsp. Salad Seasoning with Cheesedash of Ground Red Pepperblack pepper to taste1 tsp Soy Sauce
Directions
Cover fish filets with Red Wine Vinaigrette, and poach until done. Reserve 1/2 cup juices from the poached fish in microwave-safe bowl.

Mix Cornstarch with water, stirring to dissolve cornstarch. Add to reserved juice, and mix in Salad Seasoning, and Ground Red Pepper.

Microwave on High for 1-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until sauce begins to bubble. Remove from Microwave, stir in Soy Sauce, and add black pepper to taste.

Serve over fish, rice, or vegetable side dishes with a fish meal.
