HOMEMADE VEGETABLE BEEF & BARLEY SOUP

Ingredients
Sirloinonionred potatocarrotsonionbarleytomato juiceV8 juicesaltpepperolive oil
Directions
Sautee' sirloin that has been cut into chunks, in EVO sprinkle with salt & pepper, brown. Simmer in beef stock. Chop all veggies and add to soup kettle. Add tomato and V8 juice. Simmer for 90 minutes and add barley and cook until tender. Serves 20-24 15 oz bowls of soup.
