Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
4 oz. Olive Oil1 TBL Dried Garlic (24 Cloves)6 6oz cans of tomato paste6 tomato paste cans of water2 1 lb. cans of diced tomatoes1 tomato can of water3/4 C. Sugar (or 4 packets of Stevia added after cooking)1/3 C. Vinegar1 TBL. leaf oregano2 1/2 TBL. salt1 TBL. pepper corns (or 2 tsp. crushed)2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce1/4 tsp. Tobasco sauce
Directions
Simmer garlic in olive oil while opening cans. Add all ingredients and simmer for at least 6 hours. Add more water as needed.
