*Hannaford Egg Mates, 2 cup (remove)Fat free half and half, .5 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 3 large (remove)Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)Smart Balance Omega Buttery Spred Light veg oil 39%, 3 serving (remove)Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, diced (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)Swiss Cheese, .3 cup, diced (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Directions
cook all vegtables just until done mix eggs and chesse in food presser or blender add veg to eggs mix add to a gressed tart pan cook in 350 F* oven for 30 min or until just goldend brown on edges and middle is set
