Shepards Pie

Ingredients
12 oz top sirloin, cooked and ground1 tbsp onion powder1 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp basil1 C carrots, grated1 C beef boullion, preferably low sodium,fat and/or left over drippings,gravy1.5 C cold mashed potatoes
Directions
Combine all ingredients together and put into caserole dish. Mix the potatoes with a small amount of milk to soften them and put on the top. Bake in a pre-heated 350F oven for 40 min. Let sit for 5 min before serving.
