Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
12 oz Beef Tips-Round, cut to bite size pieces and visible fat removed1 cup Onion, sliced8 ounces of Mini-Portabella Mushrooms, sliced with stems removed. 1cup Beef Gravy, low sodium 1/2 cup V-8, low sodium1/2 -1 cup hot water to thin gravy4 onces of Light Sour Cream2Tbsp Olive OilMs Dash Table Blend, to taste
Directions
Place 1Tbsp oil in large skillet on medium high.
Add beef tips, brown on all sides. Remove.
Add 1Tbsp oil in same skillet.
Add mushrooms stiring until mosture evaporates.
Add onions stir till translucent. Season vegetables to taste with Mrs. Dash.
Add beef back to skillet.
Add V-8 and beef gravy, stirring.
Add necessary amount of water (from noodle water if using)
Adjust seasoning as necessary.

Remove from heat add light sour cream and serve over hot whole wheat noodles or as you wish.
