Ingredients
2 c unsweetened Applesauce4 Egg Whites1 whole Egg1.5 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Salt1 Tbsp Allspice1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon1/3 c. Splenda1 c Flour6 c. Oatmeal1 c.Chopped Walnuts 1 c Blueberries (gently fold in frozen berries)
Directions
Combine ingredients. Grease and flour 3 loaf pans. Bake 45 minutes at 350 F degrees.
