Cheesy Potato Corn Chowder

1lb Chicken Breast, diced1 tblsp butter1/2 small onion, diced4 small new potatoes, diced1 cup milk1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)2 cups fresh or frozen corn1 tblsp corn starch3 cubes chicken bouillon7 oz grated cheddar cheese.5 tsp black pepper1 tsp salt
Melt butter in saucepan and add chicken. Add onion and saute until chicken is cooked. Add potatoes and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese and cook 10 minutes until potatoes are very tender. Add cheese at the end and allow to melt.
Serve immediately.
