Kung Pao Chicken and Noodles

Ingredients
2 cups uncooked thin spaghetti1 tablespoon vegetable oil1 1/4 pounds chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces1 envelope hot & spicy kung pao seasoning3/4 cup water1 tablespoon sugar1 tablespoon soy sauce6 medium green onions, chopped½ cup unsalted dry roasted peanutsCrushed red pepper, if desired
Directions
Cook and drain thin spaghetti according to package directions; keep warm. Heat oil in 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink in center. Stir dry seasoning, water, sugar and soy sauce into chicken. Heat to boiling. Stir in onions. Boil 30 seconds to 1 minute, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened. Stir in noodles; toss to coat. Sprinkle with peanuts. Makes 6 servings.
