Carob Chip Cookies

1 cup whole wheat flour2 cups Oats, dry1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup Splenda2 1/2 TBS Splenda Brown Sugar Blend*2/3 cup Fruit Puree1 cup Unsweetened Organic Applesauce2 eggs1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup carob chips
Preheat oven to 375F. This makes 26 large cookies or you can scale them down a bit.
Mix the first 6 dry ingredients. Mix the next 6 wet ingredients (this includes the Splendas). Blend the dry ingredient into the wet and mix well. Add your carob chips.
Drop by large TBS on a prepared cookie pan (sprayed with non stick spray or I prefer Silpat sheets w/out the spray). Bake for about 12 min.
*I would almost recommend leaving the brown sugar blend out. It may produce a better texture.
