Spanish Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 tbs olive oil1/2 cup chopped onion1 cup Instant Brown Rice1 cup salsa1 cup chicken broth
Directions
Heat oil in saucepan over med. heat. Add onion and saute until soft. Add brown rice, stirring cook for 3 minutes. Add salsa and chicken broth, bring to a boil. Cover and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
