Ingredients
1 whole wheat english muffin1 ounce mozzarella cheese, shredded2 tablespoons spicy pasta sauce
Directions
Open up the english muffin, making two "pizzas."
Top each half with 1 tablespoon sauce and half an ounce of cheese.
Microwave for 1 1/2 or 2 minutes.
May also be toasted in the oven.
