Fig cheese ball

Ingredients
2 8 oz packages neufchatel cream cheese1 C dried Calmyrna figs finely chopped1C freshly grated parmesan cheese2T honey1 C walnuts, toasted and chopped
Directions
Makes 3 cheese balls, with 8-10 servings for each ball.

Cream the neufchatel, and mix in the figs, parmesan cheese and honey. Divide into 3 portions. Chill overnight, shape into a ball and roll in the walnuts until covered.
