Ham and Egg Casserole

Ingredients
1 c (4oz) ham, diced12 eggs, large1/2 c onion, chopped1/2 green pepper, chopped (or mixed colors)1 c cheddar cheese, shredded, divided1/2 t salt1/4 t pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*F.
In a skillet, saute onion and peppers, set aside and let cool.
Mix all ingredients together with only 1/2 c cheese and mix well. Add in onion and peppers. Pour into a greased cake pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Pull out and sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 5 minutes longer until cheese is melted.
