Nanny's Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
Ingredients: *Flour, white, 3 cup Granulated Sugar, 2.5 cup Baking Powder, 2 tsp Baking Soda, 2 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Allspice, 2 tsp Cloves, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp Libby's Pure Pumpkin (1 can = 1.75 cups), 1.75 cup Egg, fresh, 3 large *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 12 tbsp Orange Juice, 1 cup Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup (30g), 2 serving
Directions
Sift flour.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Add oil, eggs, pumpkin, and orange juice (milk can be substituted) and mix untl well blended. Add dried cranberries.
Pour into 3 or 4 greased and floured coffee cans. Can use loaf pans if coffec cans are not available.
Bake 50-65 minutes until toothpick test is clean.
Cool before slicing.

Freezes well. Just wrap in tin foil.
