Slow Cooker Steak and Potatoes

Ingredients
one package of thinly sliced round beef5 large potatoes, cubed1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken1 TBSP onion powder1 TSP curry powder1 TSP salt1 TSP pepper1 TSP season salt2 cups water
Directions
mix cubed potatoes, soup and spices together. Add enough water to just cover potatoes. Lay the steaks on top of the potatoes, adding more spices if desired. Cover and let cook for 8 hours on low or 5 hours on high.

Makes 6 servings.

    THis was awesome. I tried it last night. It was so great because I had class last night so my husband and toddler ate it around 6pm and he kept it in the slowcooker on warm till I go home and it was still delicious. I added fresh onion too (chopped) - 8/22/08
