Foolproof Vegetarian Chili

3 Onions3 cans tomatoes2 cans tomato paste1 red bell pepper1 green bell pepper1 yellow bell pepper1 large can kidney beans1 can chickpeas
1. Cut up onions and peppers.
2. In a large pot, heat tomatoes, tomato paste, and vegetables. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
3. Add beans and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
4. Add spices to taste. I recommend using cayenne, pepper, salt, and crushed red pepper for some heat!
Top with shredded cheese or sour cream and serve with corn bread, or enjoy it by itself!
