Tiny Lower Sugar Pecan Cakes

Ingredients
2 large eggs1 cup (packed) Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1 cup chopped pecans1 tsp Vanilla extract3 TBSP (rounded) Flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Divide into 24 cup mini muffin tin that has been well greased with non stick spray. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Makes 24 mini cakes!
