Ingredients
1 Cup Textured Vegetable Protein 1 Can Diced Tomatos1Can Tomato Paste2 Cans Large Tomato Sauce2 1/4 teaspoons salt1/4 teaspoon pepper2 teaspoon sugar1/4 teaspoon oregano1/4 teaspoon crushed chiilies1/4 teaspoon basil1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1 tablespoon dry mustard2 bay leaves1/4 cup chopped onions1/4 cup mushrooms1/4 cup chopped green peppers
Directions
Soak Textured Vegetable Protein with 1 cup water.
Meanwhile add all ingredients in slow cooker.
Mix in T.V.P.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Serve over cooked whole wheat spagetti .

    This recipe was very tasty, and the aroma that came from it made the house smell wonderfull.
