very lemony chicken with capers

2 lbs chicken breasts cut in bite sized pieces1 cup lemon juice fresh or reconstituted1 cup low sodium chicken broth4 tablespoons capers0.25 tsp pepper3 packets of splenda or to taste1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp onion powder
combine lemon juice and chicken broth in large bowl, add pepper, onion powder and chicken pieces and let marinate 15-30 minutes. Remove chicken pieces with slotted spoon, saving the marinade and shake in plastic bag filled with the flour. Bring the marinade to a boil in a saucepan then simmer 20 minutes. Brown the flour covered chicken pieces in frying pan sprayed with olive oil spray. Place chicken pices in baking dish that has a cover, Pour the marinade over the chicken, add the capers and if you like lemon slices for garnish, cover and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until sauce is bubbly
Serve over brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
