Brown rice and Wheat berry Pilaf

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice uncooked1 cup onion raw and chopped1 cup green bell pepper raw and chopped1 cup cooked wheat berries (found at health food store and cooked prior to adding to pilaf)2 Tbsp EVOO2.5 cups fat free low sodium chicken broth1 cup shredded carrots
Directions
Saute onion, pepper and brown rice in EVOO. until brown rice is browned slightly, and onion is translucent. Add carrots. Add 2 .5 cups chicken broth and turn down heat to simmer. Add wheat berries toward the end of cooking. Cook until all broth is absorbed.

I was unable to find any information regarding nutrition of wheat berries...high fiber wheat product that can be cooked than frozen for future use. High fiber.
