Ingredients
Directions
Pre-made Meringue nests (or make your own - even better!)0% fat plain greek yoghurt - about half a cup for four, or make more, for laterhoney - 1 tablespponvanilla essence - just a small dashFresh fruit of your choice - I like raspberries, strawberries and pineapple, but could be anything.
Prepare the fruit by cutting it up finely enough to sit on top of the nests, and mix it altogether in a fruit salad.
Mix the greek yogurt with the honey and vanilla essence until well blended - a spoon will do, doesn't have to be processed or anything.
Take a nest, put a dollop of yogurt in it and drop some fruit on top.
They look beautiful and decadent, and taste divine, but they're only 100 cals each!
