Chicken with Stuffing

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts3/4 c. milk1 egg1 c. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing (not cooked)1/4 c. melted margarine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together egg and milk. Dip each chicken breast into egg/milk mixture and then into stuffing. Placed coated chicken breasts in pyrex pan. Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes. Drizzle melted margarine over chicken breasts. Continue to cook covered for additional 25 minutes. Remove foil and cook for last 5 mintues.
