Pierogi Casserole serving 2"x3" piece

Ingredients
Bow Tie Pasta, cooked, 16 ozbutter, salted, 2 stick onions, raw, 1 small choppedMashed Potatoes, 2 cup if premade thin with 1/4 to 1/2 C milk while heatingVelveeta Light Cheese Product, 8 oz cubed
Directions
Cook bow tie pasta according to box. Drain. On low heat add butter and onion until butter is melted. Add pasta and mix well. Put 1/2 pasta mixture in 9x13 casserole. Make sure mashed potatoes are hot ... add cubed velveta cheese and stir until well blended. Spread mixture on top of pasta. Top with remaining pasta. sprinkle a little velveeta (or add a few very thing slices) to top of casserole. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes ... remove cover and bake for another 30 minutes.
