Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
6 cups frozen cauliflower6 TBSP butter1/2 cup sour creamSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Steam cauliflower according to package directions until VERY soft.
Throughly drain all liquid.
Add sour cream, butter, salt and pepper and mash with electric mixer.

Makes 4 large servings.
