Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
9 oz shrimp2 t evoo1 1/2 T butter1 T lemon juice2 oz white wine2 cloves garlic chopped
Directions
Heat oil over high heat and add shrimp. Sear until lightly brown about 2 minutes. Add garlic and stir until lightly brown. Add wine, butter and lemon juice. Season with salt and crushed red pepper. Boil until reduced by half.
