Jenny's Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)12 baby carrots1 cup celery4 cups imagine low sodium vege. broth4 cups water1 tbsp crushed garlicsalt and peper to lastthyme to taste1 cup whole wheat noodles
Directions
add all ingredients except the noodles into the crock pot. set on high and cook for 6 hours. Then add 1 cup whole wheat pasta and cook for another hour. serve.
