Simple Cornbread Casserole

Ingredients
4 boxes of jiffy corn muffin mix4 eggs1 Can of sweet cream style corn (about 15oz)8oz container of sour cream, reduced fat1 and 1/3 cup Milk, fat free
Directions
Mix together in a large baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

Makes 24 servigs, but the recipe is easily halfed, just use 2 boxes of Jiffy, 2 eggs, 1/2 can creamed corn, 4oz sour cream and 2/3 cup milk!
