Sloppy Joes - Eating for Life

Ingredients
32 oz lean ground turkey1/2 tsp ground black pepper1 medium red onion, chopped16 oz no added salt tomato sauce1 cup ketchup1/2 cup BBQ sauce2 tsp chili powderDash of hot pepper sauce4 Merita lite wheat hamburger buns
Directions
In a large skillet, combine ground turkey, black pepper and onion. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the turkey is no longer pink.

Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, bbq sauce, chili powder and hot pepper sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture has thickened.

Sevre open face on bun.
