240 Calorie Cheddar Rice

Ingredients
60g brown rice, raw1 tablespoon powdered grated cheddar (Kraft)1 cup cold water1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. In a small pot, add water and salt.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Add rice and cover, turning heat down to medium-low.
4. Cook for 30 minutes.
5. If any water remains, drain and then add powdered cheese.
6. Mix and eat.

Makes about 1 cup of rice which is one serving.
