Ingredients
4 hard boiled egg whites1 hard boiled egg yolk2 Tbsp ricotta cheese1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Light Mayo1 tsp honey mustard1 tsp balsamic vinegar.5 tsp fresh ground black pepper.5 tsp paprika
Directions
Boil all eggs and keep one yolk, discard other three. Chop egg whites and the one yolk into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
