RNY Brownies

Ingredients
4 oz. Coboss No Sugar Added Milk Chocolate1 c. Pureed Carrots1 Large egg1/4 c. Cocoa Powder3/4 c. Flour1 Scoop protein powder1/4 c. Splenda Brown Sugar Mix2 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter2 tsp. Vanilla extract1/2 tsp. Salt
Directions
Melt chocolate. Puree Carrots. In bowl mix all ingredients until smooth & creamy. Pour into an 8x8 pan or 24 mini muffin tins. Bake at 350.
Bake for 30 min for 8x8 pan.
Bake for 15 min for mini muffins.
