Basil scrambled eggs with spinach , mushrooms, bacon & cheese {Protein meal}

Ingredients
1 whole egg1/2 cup egg substitute (2 egg equivalent)1/2 cup baby spinach coarsely chopped1/4 cup mushrooms, (preferably Baby Portabella's) finely chopped1 tablespoon real bacon bits1/8 cup mozarella cheeseSalt/coarse pepper - to taste1/8 teaspoon of onion powder - or to taste1/8 teaspoon of basil flakes or 1 leaf (minced) of fresh basil
Directions
In a heated skillet, that has been sprayed lightly with olive oil or canola oil, add the mushrooms, sauteing until tender; then add the spinach and cook until wilted.

Add egg mixture, along with the bacon bits, and seasonings.. mix well and continue to cook until eggs are done; making sure that veggies are evenly mixed with the eggs, add cheese and mix until melted... Serve with pepper sauce if desired...
