Pizza Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices whole grain wheat bread1 slice mozzarella cheese1 serving turkey baconbutter (choose a healthy butter, yes they are out there!)
Directions
This sandwich is cooked like a grilled cheese. I use a sandwich maker which is perfect, but you can cook this in a pan, easily! I lightly butter all 4 sides of bread, add first slice in pan, layer pepperoni and cheese. Add second slice of bread. Cook, flip as needed.

This makes a nice treat. It can be used for a snack or dinner, and my kids LOVE THEM!!!!

Why not add other healthy pizza items and really enjoy the "pizza" feel without the guilt!
