1 cup brussels sprout leaves1 tbsp olive oil10 pistachios2 lemon wedges dash salt
Separate leaves from core, use outer leaves only.
Add oil to hot pan, saute brussels sprout briefly, they should be al dente, add pistachios, add to plate and squeeze 2 lemon wedges, spinkle salt. ENJOY!
