Pumpkin Bars

1 1/2 cup sugar1 can (15 ounces) solid pack pumpkin1 cup fat free sour cream1 cup egg substitute2 cups flour2 tsp baking powder2 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground clovesFrosting:6 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened1/2 cup light butter, softened2 tsp vanilla extract4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
In a large mixing bowl, beat the sugar, pumpkin, sour cream and egg substitute. Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and cloves; gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well.
Pour into a greased 15 in x 10 in baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
For frosting, in a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Spread over cake. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
