Grilled Rosemary Chicken

6 boneless chicken breast hallves skinned removed2 Tbsp. rosemary leaves, crushed2 Tbsp. Oregano, crushed6 garlic cloves, halved lenghtwiseFoil for grill cooking
makes 6 servings of Chicken Breast
1. Heat griil. Tear enough foil to go around each piece of chicken. Place chicken on foil. Add to the top of each chicken breast place 1 tsp rosemary,oregano, and 2 garlic cloves halves. Fold foil over chicken.
2. When ready to grill. place each chicken breast on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches above meduim coals. Cook chicken 10 to 12 mins or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear, turning once halway through cooking. Cool slightly.
3. To serve, remove foil and seasonings from chicken. Slice crosswise into strips. Arrange on serving platter. Garnish as desired
