Reduced Carb Peanut Brittle

Ingredients
1 cup Splenda1 cup Splenda brown Sugar Blend1/2 cup water1 stick butter-do not use margarine1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp baking soda1 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts no skins
Directions
Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil stirring constantly. Boil to hard crack stage. Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla and baking soda. Then stir in the peanuts. Turn out onto a buttered cookie sheet. break into 40 pieces.
