Sugar Cookies - Light

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 teaspoons baking powder1/4 teaspoons salt1/2 cup fructose (or 1 cup sugar or 1 cup Splenda - nutrition info here with fructose)1/4 cup Wonderslim Egg & Fat Replacer1/4 cup light butter3 egg whites2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
(Can also cream fructose with butter end fat replacer and then add in rest of ingredients)
roll out flat on wax paper
refrigerate for at least 1 hour

Pre heat oven to 375 degrees F.
cut out 2 inch wide 1/8 inch thick
bake 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes
