Pumpkin Oat Bars

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar1/2 Cup Applesauce, unsweetened Egg, fresh, 1 medium 1 Cup Cooked or canned Pumpkin, pureed1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 3 tsp Baking Powder, 5 tsp Baking Soda, .1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1/4 tsp Cloves, ground, 1/2 cup Orange Juice,1/2 Cup Walnuts, chopped 1/2 Cup Raisins1 Cup Oats, 1/4 Cup Coconut, sweetened,
Directions
Cream Sugar, applesauce, egg and pumpkin. Stir in dry powder ingredients. Stir in OJ. Stir in nuts, raisins and oats. Spread in lightly oiled pan. Sprinkle coconut over top and bake 25-30 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes then cool on racks.
