Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

30 Brussels sprouts (1 pound)3 slices bacon2 TBSP butter1 TBSP olive oil1/4 cup chopped onion3 cloves garlicSalt and Pepper to taste
Cut Bacon into bits and brown in a pan with 1 tsp olive oil.
Remove crisp bacon and set aside for later. Add onions and garlic and cook about 2 minutes on low heat. Add brussels sprouts and butter. and cook until sprouts are softened and browned. Add bacon back in and cook 1 minute more.
Makes 4 servings
