Apple Cinnamon Chicken

Ingredients
1 Medium carrot, 1/2 medium onion, 1 Large celery stick (Mirepiox) 1 Clove Garlic1/2 tblsp Cinnamon3 tblsp Butter3 tblsp sweetener4 Cooked Chicken Thighs(or 2 Thighs and 2 Legs)1 Medium apple
Directions
saute' the Mirepiox (diced celery, onion and carrot ) and the garlic in the butter until the onions are translucent.

Add the sweetener and the cinnamon.

Chop the cooked chicken and the apple and add to the mixture.

Simmer about 10 minutes and serve.
