1/2 c olive oil1 c white sugar1 c fiber from the juicer(this is the stuff that goes in the OTHER bowl)1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp grd cloves1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda2 c white flour2 heaping TBLSP ground flax meal1 c raisens ( or dried fruit )1/2 c optional grd walnuts or nutsThis recipe is VERY adapatable. I sometimes add powdered milk also.
mix everything and pour batter into a prepared 9x12 ( or so ) pan i use "pam". bake for 35 minutes in a 350 degree preheated oven. cut into 12 bars and enjoy. it looks like they are about 7 pts in ww calculations.
