Ingredients
1 loaf of bread1 - 14 oz can of mushrooms, drained1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped onions1 cup low-fat low-salt chicken broth1/4 tsp pepper1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp poultry seasoning1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
1. Cut or break bread into bite size pieces. Please in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
2. Add mushrooms, celery, and onions. Mix.
3. Evenly pour chicken broth over mixture.
4. Add seasonings, mix well.
5. Cover and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
Makes 24 servings.
