Italian Pasta Bake

Ingredients
1 box (13oz) Ronzoni Wheat Penne Pasta1 jar (26oz) pasta sauce 3 cups water16oz shedded mozzarella cheese1 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Pour uncooked pasta into a 16 x 9 glass dish. Pour pasta sauce over pasta, then fill pasta jar with water, and pour over the pasta, stir.

Cover with foil, bake 35 minutes, or until pasta is tender.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over pasta, then sprikle the bread crumbs over the cheese. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes.

Let stand 5 minutes, then cut into 12 portions and serve.

    I wasn't a fan but my family liked it. I found 16 oz of cheese too much and way too many breadcrumbs. I put 12 oz of cheese in and it would have been better with half the breadcrumbs. I also found it quite plain. Some spices would be good but I'm not sure which ones. - 3/18/15
